All RETURNED ITEMS will be charged a 25% RESTOCKING FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All refunds will be returned in manner which you originally paid. Electronic transfers can take up to 2-5 days to appear on your statement. Your mailed in payment can take as long as a week depending on how quickly USPS handles deliveries in your area.

Any, Non verified transactions through PayPal.com, that are sent out and "are not" delivered due to wrong address or delivered and are left and not returned to Just Weddings, are charged to pay for return shipping back to us. Any item returned to us in this matter we will send you a receipt for returned postage. Customer will then need to pay for the re-shipping if customer still wants selected item. As the customer, it is your responsibility to keep your current address up to date in the PayPal.com profile page of your PayPal Account.
All items are inspected prior to being sent out.
We retain all pictures of items in store for our Authentication as well as protecting us from fraud claims of damaged item for future reference.
Just Weddings, sends all items out with a delivery confirmation number.
High dollar purchases are sent out Priority WITH a return receipt showing signature, date and time when item was received. All mailed items are linked to our email address shown in Just Weddings.
NO Item(s) will be accepted after the 7day grace period. After we receive email confirmation item delivered to intended address. NO EXCEPTIONS!
